INGREDIENTS:

4 eggs (beaten)

2 c. milk

3/4 c. flour (oat flour)

1/3 c. melted butter

pinch of salt

pinch of nutmeg

ground flax seed (optional)

nutritional yeast (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Fry in butter in a cast iron pan. It is best prepared in a 7 inch circle cast iron pancake pan.

  3. Serve with lingonberry jam, syrup, or cinnamon sugar.
